AUTOTERM 30SP-24 is a highly powerful liquid heater also known as a water heater that operates independently from the engine.

This powerful heater has a 30 kW heat output and is designed to pre-heat a large vehicle’s engine and compartment, thus eliminating cold start of the engine, and extending its lifetime, whilst working in unison with the car salon fan to supply comfortable warm air to the passenger compartment.

As the heater is linked to a vehicle’s coolant system, there is no need for additional air ducting to provide warm air to the passenger’s compartment.

This product is meant for large vehicles, that is why it is available only in 24V version and uses diesel fuel. Heaters internal diagnostic system will also turn off heater if the power source will reach 20V, thus not draining vehicles battery dry.

In extremely cold environments, the AUTOTERM 30SP-24 pre-heater also works as an auxiliary heater, helping the engine to reach and maintain optimal working temperature where necessary when driving.

This product is best suited for large vehicles: Trucks, Buses, Commercial vehicles or Yachts with radiator or boilers systems of minimum 20 Litres.

Heater is controlled by a simple ON/OFF switch. When the heater is turned ON it will reach coolants temperature of 88 degrees Celsius and then combustion process will be stopped, but the liquid pump will still work (waiting mode). This is regulated by an internal sensor which measures the liquid coolant temperature that flows through the heater. When internal coolant temperature will drop the heater will turn ON automatically and will keep the cycle till the moment it is turned off manually by ON/OFF switch.
